2. License and Usage (for Digital Products)

When purchasing a digital artwork, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

You may:

• Print it for your home, office, or as a gift.

• Reprint it as many times as you like for personal use.

You may not:

• Resell, share, or distribute the files.

• Use the files for commercial purposes.

• Modify or claim the artwork as your own.

3. File Delivery (for Digital Products)

After payment is confirmed, you will receive an instant download link via email.

4. Shipping and Delivery (for Printed Products)

Printed artworks are shipped worldwide for free.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Sofia Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

5. Refund and Replacement Policy

• Digital Products: Due to their nature, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. If you receive a damaged or incorrect file, please contact us for a replacement.

• Printed Products: If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All artworks are the intellectual property of Sofia Art or their respective artists.
Unauthorized reproduction, resale, or modification is strictly prohibited.
