What am I purchasing?
You are purchasing a digital file of the artwork, not a physical print. After payment, you can download the file and print it at home or through a professional print shop.
Will I receive a physical print in the mail?
No. All our products are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped.
Can I get a refund?
Since this is a digital product, we do not offer refunds.
However, if you receive a wrong or damaged file, we’ll happily fix the issue. Just contact us.
Can I request a custom size or color?
We currently do not offer customization. All files are delivered in standard print sizes and colors as shown.
What file format do I get?
All artworks are delivered in high-resolution PNG or PDF/X-1a format, optimized for professional printing at sizes like 40×60 cm or 60×90 cm at 300 DPI, CMYK color mode.
Where can I print the artwork?
You can print at:
A local print shop.
Online printing services.
Home printer (for small sizes and test prints).
How will I receive my files?
After completing your purchase, you will receive a download link instantly on the confirmation page and via email.
If you face any issues, please contact us and we’ll resend the file.
What surface is recommended for printing the artwork
Our artworks look stunning when printed on premium matte paper, canvas, or fine art paper.
For a modern look, you can also print on acrylic glass or metal panels.
We recommend using professional printing services to ensure the best color accuracy and quality.
Can I use the files for commercial purposes?
No. All files are for personal use only.
You are not allowed to resell, share, or use the artwork commercially without written permission.
What if I lost my download link?
No problem! Just email us at support@sofiaartgroup.com, and we will resend your download link.

What materials are your prints made of?
All our artworks are printed on premium Enhanced Matte Paper, offering vibrant colors and an elegant finish.
Some classical-style designs are also available on high-quality canvas, providing a refined and artistic feel.
For printing on other materials, feel free to contact us for a custom option.
Do you offer framing options?
Currently, our printed artworks are delivered unframed, giving you the freedom to choose frames that best match your style and interior.
If you’d like your artwork framed, please contact us — framing is available upon request for an additional fee.
How long does shipping take?
All printed orders are shipped within 3–5 business days and delivered worldwide for free. Delivery time depends on your location, typically between 7–14 days.
Will my print look exactly like the pictures online?
Yes, our prints are made using high-quality inks and color-calibrated systems to ensure accurate tones. Minor variations may occur due to monitor settings.
How is the artwork packaged for shipping?
Each print is carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy protective tube to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Do you accept returns or replacements for printed art?
If your print arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly send a replacement free of charge. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
